SERVICE

Our workshop carries a full range of John Deere Service equipment, backed up by a comprehensive range of specialist service tools with lap top computers (Service Advisor) which are necessary to diagnose, calibrate and repair the latest John Deere products.

We take full advantage of the John Deere training facility where our service technicians attend regular courses to keep them up to date with new products and technical service information. To date all of our technicians have achieved certificates of merit in all courses attended.

E A Clayton service department hold the John Deere ‘Gold Service’ award in both the Agricultural and Groundcare workshops, the agricultural award being held and renewed every year since the scheme began in 1992. We have also had the most finalists entered into the John Deere R.O.S.E. (Recognition of Service Excellence) award for 'Technician of the Year' with George Jordan, our Service Manager winning the title in 1986.

As an ‘NSTS’ approved Sprayer Test Centre we have three fully trained examiners who can carry out sprayer tests either on your premises or in our fully equipped workshops.

All of the above help ensure that we provide the best service to our customers, by keeping downtime and repair costs to a minimum.
