Claytons of Carlton are proud to be appointed Merlo Dealers!
Claytons of Carlton have entered into the world of construction joining Merlo who are leading the way in technological advance with its range of telescopic handlers, self-loading concrete mixers, and tracked carriers.
Claytons have been established as a Merlo distributor for 18 months, and report an immediate acceptance of the product. Tremendous performance, reliability and user-friendliness have led to considerable sales success. Resale value of used Merlo machines has also been reassuringly high, with a waiting list for used machines - when available!
Based in Carlton, Stockton on Tees, the newly-created Claytons Construction territory will cover the whole of the North East of England from Northallerton to Morpeth in Northumberland.
That commitment has already taken shape in new service vehicles, badged as Claytons Construction, and recruitment of a Merlo construction service specialist. Riley says that the door is open for other plant products to be sold by Claytons Construction in the future, but that they will only be interested in selling products of the same high quality level.
